Singer Noble held in case over violence against women: DMP

Police on Tuesday detained popular singer Mainul Ahsan Noble from Dhaka'd Demra area in a case related to violence against women, reports UNB.

Md Talebur Rahman, deputy commissioner (media and public relations) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP), said a team from Demra Police Station detained him in the morning.

Details about the arrest were yet unavailable, he added.
